The prize draw is open to eligible businesses completing the Winchester BID business survey and opting into the prize draw.
Five businesses will be selected at random. Each winning business will receive one Digital Business Card, including initial design, setup and hosting, free of charge for 12 months.
The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
The Digital Business Card platform, underlying technology, software, templates and associated systems remain the property of Winchester BID’s appointed digital marketing partner.
Digital Business Cards are hosted using infrastructure and domain names owned, licensed or rented by the digital marketing partner. The domain or subdomain used to host the Digital Business Card does not become the property of the winning business and cannot be transferred or assigned to the business.
The complimentary hosting period lasts for 12 months from the date the Digital Business Card goes live.
During month 11, each winner will be contacted and given the option to continue their Digital Business Card service beyond the complimentary period.
Continued hosting and maintenance after the initial 12-month period is optional. If the business chooses to continue, the current standard annual fee will be £595, subject to the digital marketing partner’s applicable terms and conditions at the time of renewal.
There is no obligation to renew. If the business chooses not to continue, the Digital Business Card will be taken offline when the complimentary 12-month hosting period expires.
Winners will be required to provide the information, branding, imagery and other content reasonably required to design and publish their Digital Business Card.
The complimentary Digital Business Card is subject to the digital marketing partner’s standard Digital Business Card terms and service conditions.
Entry into the prize draw confirms acceptance of these prize draw terms and conditions.
